I've been absolutely delighted with the service and experience I had with Haart Norwich. After being let down by the Dereham Haart branch on a number of occasions I was slightly sceptical when agreeing to meet with Sam (the Norwich Haart Branch manager). However upon meeting he put us right at ease, he was friendly, honest and very thorough. He kept us updated every step of the way, in which is a very stressful process and we can not praise him enough. We sold our house within one week at full asking price! At this stage Evie took over from Sam looking after us, and we experience the same warmth and great service we had with Sam leading up to the sale. Even more once we sold our home, they went above and beyond to help liaise with solicitors and our buyers to speed things along - taking it upon themselves to chase outstanding queries, while answering our concerns. I have no hesitation in recommending this Norwich branch and can confidently say with Sam at the helm it will only go from strength to strength.

I have been dealing with Evie regarding the sale of our house and despite being very anti estate agents, I have to say she has restored my faith! She has managed every aspect of a long drawn out process. Always willing to chase everyone and always calls back when she says she will. Both she and haart as a whole have proved to be head and shoulders above the majority of estate agents in this area. Would highly recommend them.

I don’t really know where to begin ! First thing we didn’t get keys when told we would and had to be old of the current property ASAP so this caused problems. We also got over charged after bring it up they did refund When we finally got keys and went in to our new home the electric plug boxes where hanging off walls. The plug in cupboard under sink for washing machine wasn’t safe I got an electric shock plug started hissing. Still waiting for an electrician We also have no heating none of the radiators work !! It’s freezing nobody is helping us out The carpet in bedroom is biscuit colour or should be it’s stained in what looks like cats pee and smells like it. All covered in black marks The bathroom wall is coming away and curving ! The garden is a complete mess with a meter by meter hole in the fence in to next doors garden. A shed is up and is completely following part it has two posts holding up as it’s on the slant. There rubbish stores all down the sides of it. The back gate once opened get stuck really hard to close again and the lock doesn’t line up with bolt. You can only access it from inside of garden too. The back door is extremely week and could easily be broken in to.

I was pleased with the family and professional feel of this estate agency. They did their best to support me and explain things. The Covid situation led to one or two niggles which would otherwise not have happened, I feel, but they were soon resolved. Overall, I would emphasis the family feel of this agency, coming from the top. It took a threat of going to council before they took action in dealing with maintenance issues. Not at all acceptable or okay. Whilst I appreciate that landlords have to okay things haart should have a customer care team to abate issues and start to be alot more proactive with issues. I'm sure landlords would appreciate this too. Your staff should be trained how to care for a house and highlight this to the relevant people, consent is fine if a tenant is in okay with it. This should never be an issue. Homes are places for refuge for people. The last thing I want to do is be ringing around people chasing stuff when you charge more for property's year or year inflating the prices with other agents. I am considering seeking legal advice.

I have had a very positive experience with Evie who’s surname is miller I believe. She has been efficient , informative, extremely helpful and an open honest approach which I appreciate immensely in Dealing with estate agents, and is very refreshing.
