GoogleWe really appreciated the straightforward, genuine & friendly valuation in what were quite difficult circumstances for us selling my late mum's house. The viewings were efficiently & professionally handled saving us a lot of hassle. We were kept well informed about the progress of the sale & they maintained good contact with the solicitors. GoogleUsed Claxton Bird to market a property for sale. Was impressed. Some of the things they do particularly well: they take up-front information to ensure an accurate description; their photos are particularly good; their description included things not obvious from pictures which can be helpful to buyers out of the area (and which probably makes the difference between securing viewings and not), they market it at a good, fair price using their market knowledge. They are flexible and carry out viewings at times to suit potential purchasers. They got a full house of viewings for my home (something I am sure would not have happened without their knowledge of the area and attention to detail in all areas). They secured four offers, one of which was 10% over the guide price. Their good work didn’t stop after an offer was accepted. They also had very good after-sales follow-up and I felt fully informed at all times. Would recommend to anyone looking to sell in NR2.

GoogleMet with a number of agents before signing with ClaxtonBird . Before putting the house on the market did consider not bothering with an agent and saving the fee. However, as things turned out I thought they were worth every penny as they dealt with numerous viewings, protracted negotiations and other unexpected matters that arose relating to the sale. Always professional and courteous. My thanks go especially to Mark who was our main contact, but also to Darren and James. Thank you gentleman.

GoogleFrom our first meeting with Darren we knew ClaxtonBird would be the best agents for us. All of the team were professional, accommodating and easy to communicate with. They presented their marketing strategy well and the idea of an Open Day for all viewings fitted in well with our busy schedules. We had an extremely busy open day and the quickest sale imaginable! When they told me the first buyer had pulled out a solution was offered at the same time and another offer had been contacted so there was no stress at all in a potentially stressful situation! We would definitely recommend ClaxtonBird to anyone looking to sell.

GoogleFor first time buyers, speaking and dealing with estate agents can seem daunting. Many we spoke to in the Norwich area attempted using pushy tactics in order to try persuade us to use their mortgage advisers and their lawyers etc. ClaxtonBird have broken away from this mould. They're professional, honest and buying our house from them was a refreshing experience. They were all incredibly accommodating, as we had to fit house viewings in via our working hours, and they kept us fully informed of new properties coming to the market. If and when we come to sell in the future they will definitely be top of the list to market our property.

After our first sale fell through, they were helpful and informative, giving us the advice we needed to decide on next steps.
