GoogleProactive and communicative, the CB team worked exceptionally hard for their commission. After our first sale fell through, they were helpful and informative, giving us the advice we needed to decide on next steps. Would certainly recommend CB, particularly in the Golden Triangle area, for their force of presence in this quick-turning market. Thank you in particular to James who was fantastic.

GoogleClaxtonbird sold our house, they were patient while the right buyer was found and helped us get a good price. They were honest and helpful, James should get a special mention for his quality of advise and professionalism throughout. They were reliable, great at communication and always helpful from valuation to completion - which took a year! I couldn’t recommend more.

GoogleI couldn't recommend these guys enough. I made the mistake of going with another local agent initially. I wasn't getting the results that I was hoping for and after speaking with Mark at Claxton Bird again, decided to market with them and I just wish I had done that from the start so lesson learnt! Really impressed with the sales progression and James' continuous communication. Would definitely use again.

GoogleGood service from Claxton Bird although the sale was very simple (sold on opening viewing weekend and no complications during the sale). The house was photographed nicely, and the property sold for just below asking price (which was higher than the upper estimate given by another agent).

GoogleAbsolutely amazing. Helped us so much and always thought one step ahead of the annoying issues that arise when selling a house! Couldn't have moved without them. Great pictures of the house too, and they relisted our house in hours after people dropped out! These guys needed a lot of beer they worked so hard for us!

GoogleOur experience with ClaxtonBird was absolutely fantastic. They were always responsive and helped to facilitate both the initial offer and sale of the house. The level of service was highly personal and friendly.
