GoogleAwful, just awful. Various members of staff told us bare faced lies (traditional with estate agents, I know, but these people took it to a whole new level.) They are scum. Promising to keep properties aside for us so we'd be first to look round, then going back on their word, bullying us into offering more even though we'd be effectively bidding against ourselves, and making offhand racist comments over the phone.

Everybody here had felt that we had a good relationship with you and had tried to help you with your purchase, including arranging viewings for you during out of office hours, as we know you had a long way to travel.
