Very unproffesional, caused frustration for the seller. Meaning they though it was the buyer being difficult. False promises of things being done, and information received. I would certainly never sell a house with AF, nevermind reading the other horror stories of tenants.

Really friendly and knowledgable, they have been excellent offering me homes for sale at the point they get instructed. Though I haven’t actually found through them I am using their financial advisor who has been excellent too. Will definitely use them to sell when the time comes.

Please avoid these scammers at all costs. These people lure international students into the Rose Lane property and provide no support whatsoever during the tenancy with regards to the problems associated with the flat. During my experience, I have made numerous complaints regarding the mould and damp issues in the apartment, but none of these were passed on to the landlord. Moreover, the mattress in the property was filthy and disgusting. On top of all this, they will eat your deposit to repair and clean the property, once you vacate it. Their management is extremely poor and any time you call them for help or support after moving into the property, they are unavailable. My advice to international students or people from surrounding areas to stay away from such scammers. Most of the good reviews given here are by their own team members. So please do not get fooled by the good reviews.

I had a very challenging sale / situation with 2 sales dropping through. but abbot foxx were exceptional. it started off with a random phone call from them as i was selling with another agent. It was very obvious they would be on my side and trying for the best possible price i switched to them and i am glad i did. we then dealt with lettings and the sales team all were very good. we then had Julie from the after sales team help see the sale over the line without her i think the property would still be for sale. cannot recommend them highly enough.

Letting department asked service adequate. After sakes support / handover mostly friendly but not very professional. I had to intervene with the referencing company to get approvals in place within the required tinescales (which was twice what I was quoted) - they were just not in top of it. They don’t seem to understand the properties they are letting out and are unable to provide all the information required without prompting. - such as access codes (multiple) and location of parking. One representive claimed that they only provide an introductory service and as such there was no obligation to provide the information. I was astounded - Not least since as a prospective tenant I was charged £200 by abbot and fox. This is not charged by all agents in Norwich. Staffed up to deal with students. Avoid if you can.

Terrible Estate Agents

This title is not an understatement, I have never has the misfortune to receive a service from a group of people who are so incompetant. They send threatening emails and call us every month claming rent is overdue when in fact the rent is not due or we have all already paid. They feel that they can take advantage of students. We made a complaint about a vital thing missing in the house last September (it's now March) and having emailed them almost 20 times between us they still haven't got round to fixing the issue. Every staff member I've dealt with has been unhelpful and has not responded to emails. As soon as there is an issue with us (supposedly) they will call you up and harrass you, but when you have an issue with them, you can almost gurantee that it wont be sorted.
