The worst.

You'll notice with estate agents that the best reviews come from people selling/buying properties. This is because that's where the money is. As a business responsible for managing RENTED properties, abbotfox show a complete disregard for the wellbeing and safety of their tenants. They simply do not have time for us, and consider us unimportant. When I first rented the property, abbotfox failed to maintain regular contact about the process. It got to the point where it was TWO DAYS before we were meant to move, they had said they had everything they needed, but hadn't contacted us in over a week. I had to call them to make sure everything was in order, and they acted lackadaisically about our impending move and how time sensitive it was, as all moves are. Then there was the nightmare of the tenancy itself. This was during the pandemic, at which point the owner of the house decided to put it on the market. During this time we had to endure multiple visits from strangers, one of whom didn't even arrive with a mask and we turned away, and one group who arrived after the appointment was cancelled, came in anyway, asked intrusive questions and attempted to enter my room while I was sleeping. This was an appointment pushed by the agency with little regard for whether I consented or not. They showed a complete disregard for our wellbeing, because there was money to be had in doing so. Overall abbotfox do not care about tenants. I can't speak for those buying and selling, but those people have an asset. If you don't, stay well away.

We had a great experience of AbbotFox in Norwich. Our initial negotiations when buying the property were handled promptly and effectively. During the process of buying the house, Elaine provided excellent info and liaised with the vendors to ensure both parties were well informed. I felt we built up a good relationship despite the difficulties if buying during lookdown. The 'welcome to your new home' bottle of fizz when we collected the keys was a lovely gesture. I'd definitely recommend AbbotFox.

After using Abbotfox to recently sell my house, the service which they provided to me and my family has been amazing. The whole process was smooth, quick and professional. We were kept informed by Ethan at every point during the sale and never had to ask for information. We were in a long chain and unfortunately one link in the chain fell through so we were back to square one. Fortunately for us, Colin managed to find another buyer in one day! This was fabulous. We had over 10 viewings in the first week and had calls to book in viewings the morning after our property went live. We had 3 offers within 8 days and our estate agent managed these offers to help us get the right price. Have to say too, their marketing is really good - we were so happy with the photos of our property and the way they explained it which is why I think we got so many viewings. 2 years ago I assisted a resident of AbbotFox Rose lane flats in moving out of their accommodation. They did not have access to a vehicle of their own, so we used mine. For background the property has parking for residents. It is on a main road and so the only other parking is a nearby multistory carpark. Not really a feasible place to park and carry a flat's worth of furniture to. I pulled up outside the flat and we loaded up and moved out. This took 2 trips, with a total time parked of less than 10 minutes. No traffic was blocked and no detriment was caused to any other residents. A few days later I received 2 fines from a third party parking enforcement company for parking in the flat car park (owned by AbbotFox), as I was not a resident. I contacted AbbotFox to explain I was there to assist a resident, and that it would not have been possible for a resident to move out without either: a) a fine b) their own vehicle c) carrying furniture to a multistory carpark they refused to intervene in the matter and left me to defend myself against the company they had arranged to enforce parking. I was advised I would receive court summons if I did not pay. £320 it cost me to assist an AbbotFox client. AbboxFox did not care. They know the systems they have in place punish their residents, and they will never make any attempts to change them for as long as they are profitable.
