GoogleBeen dealing with Jack Parr recently on a number of property transactions, Great feedback from our mutual clients that Jack is very professional, knowledgeable and he really does go the extra mile to ensure his clients receive a 5 star service.

GoogleAfter reading of all the bad reviews for abbot fox in the news I thought I'd come and have a look - though the reviews may not be genuine as abbot fox claims, I would guess what they tell us about abbot fox is however true. They certainly screwed over friends of mine.

GoogleI’ve had a very poor experience arranging a viewing. The property listed had already been sold. I’d travelled some distance for the fake viewing, and was left for almost 30 minutes to wait outside before the agent arrived. The “new luxury …

GoogleProbably the most arrogant agents I've ever dealt with, unprofessionalism at it's best, but I guess that's what you get in a small city like Norwich. Tried to book a few viewings on multiple occasions but never got a call back …
Hi Carlos, we have had a member of the department that you were dealing with call you.

TrustpilotFine but not great.
Friendly in person but weren't great with emailing me back when I first signed a letting contract with them, had to call them to get a response. Reporting faults and repairs was okay but they weren't that helpful, they don't seem to know their properties well, I had to pay for a plumber that wasn't necessary. They also failed to email me about a home viewing so unlocked my door and entered unannounced. They were apologetic but obviously, this was an extremely stressful experience.

FacebookI would highly recommend AbbotFox having a few rentals in Norwich my recent experience of the professionalism viewings rep Karen (Clark) gave with all COVID hygiene in place, masks and sanitation therefore keeping any new tenancy applicants feeling safe and able to see the property in a safe manner and at ease.
