From initial enquiry through to completion, I was kept informed and up to date with the progress of our purchase. Norfolk Mortgages’ the in house mortgage broker sourced us a cheap rate (in this volatile market) & got us completed on time. Would recommend. 5* service.

I came in to look at renting with my partner and your colleague Cherii on your sales team took time to try and find us a property that meets our needs. While we didn't make a decision at the time the effort Cherii put in to help us was very much appreciated. Thank you

A very professional, efficient and friendly service. The team recently valued and sold 3 properties for us and in every instance they achieved successful sales, keeping us informed of developments through out the process. And they even sold us a house too! Highly recommended.

I was trying to get in touch with a particular agent and both times I called he was on lunch so another agent, William Mills, offered to step on and together we arrange a number of viewing at times best for me. This effort is greatly appreciated instead of being left to chase

We dealt with Sam on the purchase of a house in Norfolk and she was incredibly helpful and professional throughout what turned out to be a prolonged transaction. Would definitely recommend using her.

AbbotFox managed the sale of an investment property for me this year. I’d forgotten how effective good communication can be at keeping things moving and me calm and collected! Great service throughout, especially when things didn’t go quite as hoped - they stepped up and found me another buyer in no time at all. I’d have no hesitation in recommending AbbotFox.

We're moving out of a property where Abbotfox is the estate agent. It has faults that we've reported multiple times to their agents and the landlord. Although the response was slow, one of the agents finally got back and listened to us. They've now promised to make sure the property is fixed before any new tenant moves in.
