Absolutely amazing service. AbbotFox's team made getting onto the Property Ladder a stress free experience. The customer service was fantastic and someone was available to discuss at all times. Couldn't ask for much more in an estate agents!

Unbelievable service from James Moore, Norwich Branch, huge effort piecing things together in chronological order resulted in my insurance claim being paid out

Fantastic

Brilliant service from start to finish. Bought a property through them and then rented it out with the lettings team. Couldn't fault anyone within the process, and wouldn't use anyone else now.

Great service

Recently bought a property through abbotFox. I've been really impressed with the professional and prompt manner that everything was handled. From negotiating my offer, through to the completion, they guided me through each and every step. Having bought and sold many properties over the years, this was my first experience of dealing with this company, and I know who I will be using next time around. Thank you.

AbbotFox were very efficient when buying our first home, we were kept informed of new properties and ended up buying something we were first to view. Fantastic customer service from start to finish, would definitely recommend them.

Communication is second to none

Communication is second to none, Jack updated me throughout the whole process of buying a house. Even sold my house without it going online!

Brilliant

Have dealt with the sales team through buying a property and then the lettings team with helping me source a tenant. Been really happy with the service and 100% recommend them to any buyer or landlord.

They respond after weeks if they ever do. They only care about landlords probably but they are not interested in their tenants requests, questions or issues. NOT recommended at all.

Very professional staff, would highly recommend for others to use to buy and sell their homes with, Ian, Jamie and jack went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and to work alongside with. Would certainly use again.

Purchased a house 5 years ago. All reasonably smooth. Regrettably I need to dock points for them ringing me up periodically and requesting call backs without giving any reason. Can't imagine they have a valid need to contact me and my answerphone message clearly prompts callers to give a reason for calling.
