About Browns Estate Agency Norton
Browns Estate Agency was founded in June 1991 by property professionals with over 70 years combined experience in estate agency and property consultancy in the Tees Valley area. Since inception the company has successfully combined traditional family business values, with a high degree of professionalism and modern technology which has seen the company grow significantly. The establishment of the Stockton Estate Agency office, in June 1991, was soon followed by additional coverage of Norton, Eaglescliffe, Ingleby Barwick and Yarm. Browns are now one of the leading estate agency firms in the Tees Valley Area. With modern technology we can now effectively market resiential and commercial properties over a far greater area. Further expansion has included the opening of specialist departments for survey and valuation, commercial, and residential lettings.

GoogleQuick response to value property and take marketing photographs. Good description of property,photos adequate. Very disappointed by the staff. Didn't recognize name of seller or a prospective purchaser after second viewing. Important information was sent to wrong address . I phoned branch about these issues and was told minor mistakes happen ! The staff were not proactive about contacting me during process of selling.

Over that time, they have always proved to be nothing other than highly professional, proactive and efficient, offering great advice when needed and responding quickly to requests. They are a pleasure to deal with and offer a highly personal service - second to none. There’s good customer service, exceptional customer service, and then there’s Browns customer service!

GoogleWow Browns are amazing. I am a landlord with a number of properties which I have always managed myself. Due to a change in personal circumstances I no longer have the time to do it all myself. A fellow landlord recommended Browns to me. They have taken all of the stress away and now manage 5 of my properties. Thanks Browns you are amazing and keep up the good work.

Avoid at all costs. If I could mark below 1 star I would. They conduct zero due diligence on sales resulting in sales falling through on completion dates. Ensure you insist on confirmation of funds for any purchase. This company do not insist on proof of purchase, there fore not the type of organisation you wish to deal with when selling your home

GoogleAtrocious service. 4 times we've tried to view houses with them, 4 times they've been no help whatsoever. We rearrange work etc to view a house and only when we ring them after waiting past the viewing time do we get told it's cancelled. So glad I'm not selling through them.

FacebookWe use Browns for their tenant finding services for our properties and so far they've found us some great tenants! They do the tenancy agreements & handovers seamlessly to make life easier for us. They're always on hand to offer advice on paperwork and issues we might have, it's nice having peace of mind knowing they're in the background to help when we need them.

GoogleAtrocious Lettings agency. The lettings manager possessed zero professional skills... Zero communication skills and minus zero decency attributes. She absolutely ruined our experience of renting a property. Withheld our deposit for no good reason. Other staff were almost as rude. Do Not rent from them

The staff at the Stockton office all need to go on a customer service course as there personal skills are disgraceful. They take to you like something they just stood in even though your the reason they have a job, it costs nothing to nice or even civil.
