Moving house is a stressful time and estate agents can't "make" things happen but what Browns in Norton did was kept us informed and updated and, when they could, chased solicitors and provided a link between us and the vendors and, consequently, helped to preserve our sanity!! The staff were always friendly (and sympathetic) and never once made us feel we were being a nuisance. I have no hesitation in recommending them and they will be the ones we go to first when we come to sell our property.

When I first contacted them they quickly arranged to visit and do a valuation. The valuer was professional and friendly and gave us a realistic valuation. He had a vast amount of local knowledge of the property market in the area and we went along with the valuation he'd advised. We only had to contact the office a couple of times, but on each occasion they were very helpful. We accepted an offer of the asking price within 3 months of it going on the market with Browns.

Disgraceful service from Brown's in the handling of poor communications, shabby service and withholding our deposit, despite the fact they had already stated there was no issues in the return of it. The problem is mainly the attitiude of the Lettings Mananger, who right from the start of the rental had a curt attitude, impolite and quite simply rudely ignored messages towards the end. This woman is intellectually not up to the job, so anyone considering renting from Brown's, please bear this in mind. And do NOT expect your deposit refunded as swiftly as expected.

GoogleI have tried to call the agent regarding one property. The staff is quite rude towards their customers. They told me that they don't let property via virtual setting or a friend seeing the property, which was not feasible for me as I live in India currently. To their regards, I agreed and told them the friend visiting the property would also be living. But, they disregarded me saying then ask her to call us.
On of my friend called them ok her behalf as she was busy with some work to arrange a viewing to which she can go, to which they also declined rudely. And then after all of this, she called so that we can get a viewing they declined over hours saying we don't have a viewing of that property.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
