The whole team at Swetenhams Northwich have been fabulous dealing with myself during the process of house purchase. Each and every time I either call, go into the office or pester my mortgage advisor they are kind, approachable and happy!! I have been dealt with from start to finish impeccably and would highly recommend using the branch, even if you don’t find the house you want with them, the financial services are excellent ⭐️ x5!!!

Worked with Gerry-absolutely fantastic. We were in a rush to find somewhere for short term and she went out of her way to get us a fast viewing. Followed up on us to check if we were ready to sign the contract without pressure and so much understanding as we were waiting for our house sale. A heartfelt thank you!

Having had some pretty variable experience of Estate Agents it was clear from the start that we were in excellent hands with Swetenhams. Our sale was handled by Charles who was extremely professional and offered us clear advice at every stage. We can't fault any aspect of the service, we'll be using Swetenhams from now on for any future sales.

Sales agent Georgia has been both professional and reassuring to me in the stressful time of selling and buying a home. She is extremely knowledgeable and always ready to assist in any way possible. If in the future I decide to go through the whole process again, I wouldn't hesitate to contact her and the team. If i could give her more than 5 stars I would because the service has been exceptional.PositiveProfessionalism

I've been communicating with Jess and Julia and I can't fault either of them. They've both been extremely professional and helpful. They both deserve to finish early. Swetenhams should be very proud to have 2 extremely good sale's negotiators. Eleanor and Ruth are also excellent when we have spoken to them and are extremely lovely to work with.

I found Sarah very pleasant, eager to help and was able to explain the selling processes and tools in simple terms. This proved very useful as the Modern Method of Auction was new to us. In our case, Sarah was particularly knowledgeable about the area in which we were selling and how that market was performing.

I was moving from the south of England and the agents were happy for my daughter to view the property I subsequently rented, on my behalf. This made it so much easier for me to find somewhere. I found the agents really helpful and friendly, and when I came to collect the keys for my house Melissa was great - really friendly and chatty. These agents do not just seem to be working for the landlords but have the tenants interests at heart too - so thank you Swetenhams, Northwich!

Georgia was great at securing our mortgage, Sorted very easily with no issues, continued to check in as we moved along the process, would highly recommend their mortgage broker service, We also used Swetenhams in Chester to sell our home, I would recommend using smaller local firms if you want a more attentive service.
