GoogleThe team at Swetenham’s are great. In particular, my mortgage broker Georgia Greenwood was fantastic to work with. She was super helpful throughout, clearly very knowledgable and it’s clear that she puts a lot of effort into her work. As a first time buyer, she helped explain the process and guide me through it and always responded very quickly to any queries I’ve had. Would most definitely recommend her services!

GoogleFrom the very first meeting through to completion the team in Northwich were superb. No hesitation in giving my strongest recommendation.
Thank you for your brilliant 5* review and thank you for your recommendation Graham. Best wishes, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID more interested in trying to get you to see their mortgage advisor than booking you a viewing! They even have the staff targets in the branch for all members of the public to see! Wouldn’t let me see a house in Rudheath without speaking to the mortgage advisor, I had to go and knock on the door this evening! The owner unsurprisingly wasn’t aware the agents were stopping people viewing! If you want to buy or sell a house avoid these at all costs! EDIT: This companies ineptitude is highlighted in their response… ‘no property in this area’ but have 4 AVAILABLE on Rightmove. Are these fake listings or vendors you aren’t servicing correctly?!?!?!
There seems to be some confusion as we don’t have a property in this area, however we do take Allegations such as these very seriously. We have a robust complaints policy in place to deal with these so please reach out to our compliance department via complianceresidential@sequencehome.co.uk so we can clarify

GoogleNathan and April have gone above and beyond. I had quite a tight timeline for moving across from Northwich from Nottinghamshire. I had struggled to get viewings arranged with other companies. So much so, I gave up until I got in contact with Nathan and April. They were incredibly helpful and made the stressful process a-lot simpler and easier! When an offer fell through, they were in constant contact and helped us find a different property that was actually better suited than the first. Thank-you both so much for your help!
Many thanks for your marvellous 5* review and your kind words. Best wishes, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleRecently sold my house through swetenhams. The whole team were fantastic they were always quick to respond and answer any questions I had. They even made sure everyone afforded my property prior to viewing, and told me there exact position which was very helpful. no time wasters! Holly and Julia did some great work to get me the best price possible. They always kept me up to date with progress, thank you swetenhams for the fantastic service! I would highly recommend.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us your wonderful 5* review and recommendation. Best wishes, Lucy, Customer Relations.

GoogleI went in to see Georgia today after having some trouble getting an AIP from a high street bank. The process was really quick and easy and Georgia was fantastic and went through everything. I was worried as I was unable to complete the process with my bank previously and they wouldn’t tell me why. Georgia went through my credit file with me and did an affordability check and assured me that all would be ok. Following the appointment I got home and the AIP had already been completed and emailed to me. Absolutely superb, Thanks so much Georgia! I’ve used swetenhams Northwich in the past to sell a house and would strongly recommend the helpful and friendly staff without hesitation!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleIncredibly unresponsive and uncommunicative. Sold our house through these recently - we did all the viewings ourselves and once into the sale cycle after an offer never kept us informed and took days to reply it at all.

GoogleWe are first time buyers and part way through our mortgage application. The whole team has been very efficient and warm whenever dealing with us. GoogleI would definitely recommend using this company and specifically this branch, as me and my partner recently have sold a property using Swetenhams Estate Agents in Northwich. They were very professional and couldn’t do more for us during a very stressful time. From the start of the process Gary was excellent in advising us throughout our mortgage application and always went the extra mile to help us. Eleanor went above and beyond throughout to help us put our property on sale and also with our next move. I would also like to point out that the sales team such as Julia and Georgia non-stopped helped with the sales progression and without this we would have waited a lot longer to sell our house. I would like to say a massive thank you to the whole team for their hard work and commitment to allow us to sell our house and move into our new home.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleFirst time buyers who purchased through Swetenhams. They have been helpful and efficient throughout. Being brand new to house buying, we didn't know what to expect nor were we familiar with any of the processes involved with purchasing a property. Georgia was great and always on hand to assist with any queries and provide support. Gary, their in house mortgage advisor, also gave some great advice and always available for a chat if you have any concerns. Would highly recommend using Swetenhams, Northwich for any future buyers.
