5* isn’t enough for Swetenhans Northwich. My partner and I have just bought our first home and from day one we’ve worked with Georgia and the team. Nothing was ever too much for them, they did all the chasing and messing around, kept of top of everything for us as we were brand new to this experience but the whole way we felt 100% comfortable. Advice and help was given whenever we asked and even popping in for help with solicitors documents which blew my mind, again, no trouble. Honestly made this so called “stressful” experience so laid back and simple with the help and experience this fantastic place and team have to offer. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I received excellent service from these agents . In particular from their Lettings manager Mr Adam Fahy whose customer service was beyond what we tend to settle for nowadays . There were a few hurdles and he approached them in a tenacious fashion and is an asset to Swetenhams. Even processing my application on his day off ! I can definitely recommend this company to any potential landlords or tenants.

I have recently let my property with Sweatmans of Northwich and I would just like to say that if you are thinking of letting your property or in my case wish to change agents then Sweatmans are the team to go to especially Shannon who was brilliant in firstly setting up the viewings and her communication during the negotiations was very good at all times and the property was let within a week to a very nice couple I would definitely recommend Sweatmans

We had the pleasure to have Georgia Greenwood as our Mortgage consultant who has helped us from having no idea as to what the application process was like to having an offer from a lender! The process wasn't easy with our original choice of lender having a long turn-around time between queries but Georgia and Natasha were persistent and determined to get us a mortgage offer and were always available for a call / email. Georgia was very flexible with mortgage appointments and stayed after hours to accommodate for the fact we work 9-5 and wouldn't have been able to make an appointment during their business hours. Gerry and Shannon were possibly the best agents I have dealt with, in this case as a tenant. I have worked with many agents as a landlord, buyer, seller and tenant, and their care, attention to detail, personal involvement from the beginning of the process, to getting the keys to our home, and follow up after has been outstanding. Being a cash buyer I phoned 10.30am on a Monday to book a viewing, a woman took a lot of personal details regarding my finances and promised a sales person would call me. I heard nothing back by late on Tuesday so messaged for the attention of the manager, 24 hours later no response. If you want to sell a house my experience tells me not to use them. Extremely poor performance and I worry about GDPR as my personal information is floating about with them. They haven’t helped my poor opinion of estate agents.

Charlotte was a great help with every aspect of our move, she organised a viewing really quickly, gave us all the information we needed during the viewing (even provided us with a tape measure as we had forgotten ours!!).
