Clare and James were exceptional as they guided us through the whole renting process. Responses to my myriad of questions was timely and their patience endless. I was particularly struck by James’ integrity in terms of the applications to rent. He made sure viewings were conducted in order of interest expressed, that, given the scarcity of family homes available there was no opportunity to ‘gazump’. From the moment we applied to rent the property and paid the holding deposit, he took the property off the market. This sounds like standard practice but sadly the opposite is often true, throw in Covid and property hunting from over 200 miles, they made the process seamless. With Clare nothing was too much problem and she maintained her sense of humour throughout!!!!! Can’t recommend Belvoir highly enoughPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Extremely unprofessional during a national pandemic!! Belvoir have been appointed to manage a property we have just moved out of by our ex landlord. When carrying out an inspection on the property they have taken it upon themselves (James the actuall manager) to move items around the house including towels! With no protection or warning for ourselves (my wife being pregnant so is in the high risk category) I Spoke to a lady on the phone that was very understanding but when james himself called back was adamant he was at no fault for putting my wife at any danger. I have spoken to several other agents and they all agree this is unforgivable. Considering James is the manager of this branch I would expect him to act in a more professional matter.

Belvoir have dealt with our house rental in a very professional way, in spite of the challenging conditions which impacted us all in March 2020. They progressed the rental for a tenant who urgently needed to move and dealt with all the outstanding issues quickly and efficiently. The rental income is transferred to our account speedily and they have kept us advised of future issues which will impact on landlords such as electrical testing. In short, Belvoir were the best agents we've dealt with over the years. They are professional, courteous and quick to respond to queries. This is the complete opposite to other agents we've come across through renting, buying and selling houses. Kerry's open and honest approach to helping us find a rental property was exactly what we wanted. She understood our requirements, at times better than we probably did, and didn't try to sell us anything that clearly wasn't right for us. We were unfortunate to have the landlord pull out of the first property we found, due to the looming pandemic. Pressure was on us due to me needing to relocate for work and Kerry was very supportive in trying to find another property at short notice. Our property hunt inevitably stalled when the country went into lockdown and during that time we never considered using another agent, even though other potentially suitable properties were available. This is due to the trust we had built up with Kerry. I notice Kerry has a background in hospitality and I think this has given her the skills necessary to be a successful lettings manager. I live in a different part of the country, so I place my trust in the professionalism of the agency to ensure they look after the property and my best interests. I've always had good tenants, their processes see to that, and they've looked after the property as if it were their own.
