We viewed the property on a thursday and by next friday we had it which was required, because my friend was coming abroad and we needed a place for her to quarantine. Direct reviewsVery professional and friendly, made a complicated procedure relatively straight forward. I must thank Clare from the Northwich for going the extra mile and always replying promptly. As a first time renter it was very reassuring to have her assistance, I must admit any prospective renter should have all their documents available before even looking Small matters of maintenance were taken care of promptly this is handled by another member of staff who is also very professional and understanding a good team thank you.

GoogleI have moved from a national letting agency to Belvoir after a considerable amount of research. I have found that the national agency impersonal and that they use a telephone reply scheme which means you never speak to the same person twice. I have found that moving my property to Belvoir means that I can always talk to somebody who knows what is happening. Happy to talk to anyone who wants to talk about letting their property

GoogleBeen using Belvoir for a number of years now. Always helpful and reliable. If you have any queries or problems they will go the extra mile in resolving them for you. As they only deal with renting out properties they devote their full time and services to you, unlike some estate agents whose main concern is selling houses with renting properties as a secondary business.

GoogleBelvoir Letting Agents have proved to be exemplary. As a first time landlord, who is not a UK resident, they have helped me through every step of the way, including assisting me with documentation required for HMRC. From arranging to have the house made "rental ready", by getting the right contractors to do any work that was required, to finding the ideal tenant. I would rate them 12 of 10. The team have kept me up to date with all details about the refurb of the house, and were very prompt to inform me about how viewings went. I fully recommend this Company.

No job is too much for them, particularly with me not living in the area. I take a great degree of comfort knowing that they are just around the corner from my property and with a quick phone call I can get things actioned quickly and with a minimum of fuss. All I can add is that if you’re not sure who to use, just give Belvoir a go! You won’t be disappointed.

GoogleAmazing service from all of the Belvoir team. They've been managing my property for 6 months and from the very first contact they have been great. They provided guidance on getting my property tenant-ready, marketed it, found the right tenant and made the whole process so easy. They carried out a REALLY detailed 3 month check on the property with a thorough report. The whole team are helpful, friendly and professional and I have total confidence in them.
