Moving home is one of the most stressful situations, but the ladies I dealt with were very pleasant and professional. Paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently and we were moved into the property within a week or so, with no problems. Since moving they have remained in contact, but not to the point of interference so I feel any problems we were to encounter would be dealt with promptly. Happy with the service, thanks!

I had a bad experience where the property I was meant to move into was postponed 2 days before start of tenancy due to being incomplete, leaving me homeless. This was mostly the fault of the landlord however I feel like Belvoir should not have advertised a property that was not fully constructed. I asked to terminate the contract and was refunded promptly which helped with the immensely stressful situation

Clare and James were exceptional as they guided us through the whole renting process. Responses to my myriad of questions was timely and their patience endless. I was particularly struck by James’ integrity in terms of the applications to rent. He made sure viewings were conducted in order of interest expressed, that, given the scarcity of family homes available there was no opportunity to ‘gazump’. From the moment we applied to rent the property and paid the holding deposit, he took the property off the market. This sounds like standard practice but sadly the opposite is often true, throw in Covid and property hunting from over 200 miles, they made the process seamless. With Clare nothing was too much problem and she maintained her sense of humour throughout!!!!! Can’t recommend Belvoir highly enoughPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Extremely unprofessional during a national pandemic!! Belvoir have been appointed to manage a property we have just moved out of by our ex landlord. When carrying out an inspection on the property they have taken it upon themselves (James the actuall manager) to move items around the house including towels! With no protection or warning for ourselves (my wife being pregnant so is in the high risk category) I Spoke to a lady on the phone that was very understanding but when james himself called back was adamant he was at no fault for putting my wife at any danger. I have spoken to several other agents and they all agree this is unforgivable. Considering James is the manager of this branch I would expect him to act in a more professional matter.
