A Big thank you to Belvoir Team in order to put an end to our two month long search for a property to rent. Being newly moved in to country and with no previous tenancy history here it was really a tough job to convince the Landlords & agencies to close a deal. While most of the agencies even didn’t supported to have viewings aligned Belvoir came to the rescue and the very first property we viewed is the one what we got. With a proper constructed way of organising things right from the start point of viewing the site till the closure of the tenancy agreement, the way team assisted us is very professional and perfect. A HUGE thanks to Clare Tollan for all the patience while answering multiple queries over calls & emails and also special thanks to Helen Davies to provide a detail report of the as-is status of property prior to the occupancy. We decided to rent out our property due to a job relocation. After talking to a couple of letting agencies and looking at our options, we were impressed with Belvoir. We found the rates to be fair and importantly to me transparent and clear. James carried out the initial introduction and demonstrated excellent professionalism throughout the process. We were provided detailed guidance about how to register as a landlord, what certificates are required etc. Clare facilitated a viewing, Again, great professionalism with a positive attitude accompanying the potential tenants. Once let out the team ensured we had the correct documents completed from legal and tax point of view and also arranged professional cleaning and inventory check, all in a timely manner. Belvoir Northwich has to be one of the most professional companies I have dealt with in the past few years. I had been having a few issues in letting out my house, being let down by prospective tenants, etc. I decided to change letting agents and moved to Belvoir, Within a few hours of me appointing them, a walk through video, which really showed the house off well, was produced and put on RightMove. A day later and two appointments had been made and a let agreed three days after that. The whole team at Belvoir Northwich are very helpful, kind, friendly and willing to help. I had a bad experience where the property I was meant to move into was postponed 2 days before start of tenancy due to being incomplete, leaving me homeless. This was mostly the fault of the landlord however I feel like Belvoir should not have advertised a property that was not fully constructed. I asked to terminate the contract and was refunded promptly which helped with the immensely stressful situation
