I had always heard of difficulties with securing apartments in the UK, fortunately my family`s relocation story was different all thanks to the Belvoir team. From the first apartment viewing appointment, until we signed a lease agreement, everything went smoothly with regular check-in calls from Clare. The Belvoir team always goes the extra mile whenever we have needed their assistance. Belvoir are an outstanding letting agent - our property in Hartford had been on the market for six months with another agent with no joy, we then switched to Belvoir and the property was let within a few weeks. James gave us excellent advice on how to market the property and made sure it looked ship shape for viewings. We are overseas landlords (having moved to Australia) and Belvoir have made the process of letting from abroad extremely easy. We haven't had to worry about the property at all since it has been in Belvoir's hands. We receive regular updates and inspection reports with advice on any maintenance jobs that need doing.
