For helping us step by step and their care, loyalty and support, through these really hard times for everyone during the pandemic. For the sale going through for our adopted late Aunty Margaret and uncle bills home. Everything has been finalised and gone through smoothly. The staff are always there to answer any worries concerns and nothing and I mean nothing is a bother to them. You are all an amazing team and a very friendly branch. Alistair Bowman

We'd like to recommend Alistair Bowman as a mortgage advisor. He's helped us with (re)mortgages for a few years now and recently he helped us with the finances around selling and buying. Alistair is an extremely professional and hardworking advisor. Not only is he approachable and always there when you need him, he's also following up with you on a regular basis to see how things are progressing. You do feel that he cares for his clients and you're not only a pay check at the end of the process. When we needed to renew our mortgage offer due to overly long waiting times in the buying process he had it extended in minutes. He had the ball rolling for the fund transfer at the end of the purchase before we were even advised to start the transfer by the solicitors. He seems always on top of the game, which is superb. We would like to thank Alistair and do recommend him without any doubt.

We mainly dealt with Natalie and Eve who were wonderful throughout - we did not have the best solicitor and both Natalie and Eve were very proactive with contact and nudging them along, and very supportive with the whole process. The Blyth branch have been outstanding during what had been a difficult and stressful time selling our family home, to allow my mum to downsize. They have become more like friends to us and have been supportive, kind and understanding from start to finish. Professional yet friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. Hi RMSI’d just like to give a big thank you to Gordon, Michael and Chris.They acted on my behalf in finding a new tenant in the property I was renting.Not an easy task with living in France. But straight from the out set these guys made this one less thing for me to worry about. I was kept up to date with viewings. RSM were the agent dealing with a property we were leasing. The agent (Gordon) was really prompt in dealing with any queries we had...by prompt I mean either answering the call immediately or getting back to us within 5 minutes.If Gordon was unavailable then one of the RSM team was on hand - they were equally as responsive.When dealing with RSM I had a high degree of certainty and confidence that they were acting as quickly and pragmatically as they could to progress with getting the lease agreed and signed.Would not hesitate in dealing with them again.

Mortgage advisor for first time buyers

It was mine and my partners first time buying a home and Alistair Bowman from Rook Matthews Sayer was our mortgage advisor. He was amazing! No question was too silly to ask him, since we were new to the whole process we had a lot we were unsure about but he was always there to provide an answer. He checked in throughout the whole process and made it a lot easier for us being our main point of contact. If we had a worry or query he would respond instantly even outside of his working hours. He was always extremely friendly and positive as well as actually pushing things forward and being genuinely interested in our buying process. Could not have asked for a better mortgage advisor! Staff were rude and uninterested in my concerns. No longer feel comfortable discussing anything with them. Would not recommend to anyone looking to rent with a fair and friendly estate agency.
