This company at first was good and fast.Unfortunately after the tenant finder service was setup, they setup the tenants to pay into their accounts and despite landlords repeated request to forward the payments, the company has not acknowledge our requests.Please avoid this company as this is a very serious risk for both landlords and tenants.I am very disappointed but will be forced to consider further actions

She covered all the aspects of reletting our property, arranging for the photos and a new EPC to be completed also. She was very thorough with her advise and always contactable for any queries.From first advert new tenants were found and moved in within two weeks.

Booking viewings was straight forward, we were contacted when one property was taken off the market and contacted again when it was put back on. The viewings with Corrine were friendly. If there was something that Corrine didn’t have the answer to she relayed it to the office who contacted us later on with the answers.
