Lovely team to communicate with - incredibly positive and helpful.We worked with Rebecca, Ella, Natalia and Samantha.The sale did take a while so would have moved that a long a bit quicker and I felt the house was originally overpriced and may have put people off as we had a lot of viewings but maybe the market changed just as we put it up. So the two areas of improvement may have been out of our control to be honest.Thanks for your help throughout it all - we loved everyone in the AP team!

Ilene was absolutely brilliant! She was so much more helpful than our own estate agents, nothing was ever too much trouble and she communicated with us every step of the way. Ilene is so kind and friendly and made the whole moving process so much less stressful. Ilene goes above and beyond to make the moving process run smoothly and I would personally like to thank her for everything that she did for us.

The whole process was managed efficiently and professionally. From understanding the property and its key features, to the presentation and marketing of it, managing the viewings and keeping us informed during the process of selling, the service was exemplary. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and on the ball. Ilene did a fantastic job of keeping us up-to-the minute in the fraught last few days up to exchange. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Redditch letting branch is not friendly for tenants, looks like they are landlords agents,tenants have no respect from them. I was living in their property for 2.5 years and they were unhelpful through all this time and in the end I didn't get good references from them....the reason was I wouldn't accept new contract every year.They were pushing me to sign new contract after 1 year,despite the fact that the contract was rolling month to month after 1 year.They tried to do it twice,I find it unacceptable. They were trying to convince me,that I have no choice but accept it.I find it unbelievable and disgusting because I know people who are afraid not to accept it and pushed by them. There were more of these unfriendly behaviour from them,but just this and bad reference from them for me,for paying in time tenants, for leaving the flat in perfect condition is just disgusting.

Had a brilliant experience from the Northfield/ longbridge branch so far. Erin the agent was lovely and explained everything in detail, managed to get our photos booked in quick and the property on the market in 3 days! Amy the photographer was brilliant, giving advice for the best shots and turned everything around on the same day, the photos came out great.Honestly, all of the team have been lovely and it’s been a professional, seamless experience so far.
