Ilene Strydom has been absolutely fantastic beyond words! I was getting close to my mortgage expiry date and it was her that informed the sellers of this date resulting in their decision to move in with family so that our purchase could complete on time. Ilene has also put forward the completion date to the sellers which I had been eagerly waiting for. She is always there via phone or email with the upmost professionalism and kind words. You should be very proud of her, she is an asset to your team! :)
