My partner and I viewed a property on the 13th January 2024 and was delighted by the service and support we received. Mark, our property viewing agent, was very friendly and had the answers to all of our questions posed on our allocated viewing slot. Along with this, we didn't feel rushed even though there were many other viewings for Mark to get to throughout they day.All in all it was a delightful experience and I would recommend!

Awful from start to finish, they see evicting a tenant (no fault) as; in the words of Chris Griffiths (Director), a ‘transaction’. They haven’t bothered to help us find another home at all, they don’t care. When we were moving in, they gave us a date and then kept changing it. I would avoid them at all costs, they see you as a number and just a money bank. It’s evil to treat people in such a way
