My partner and I are in the very final stages of purchasing our first house together. Jessica Poulton was very helpful and communicative throughout the lettings process which was fast and simple. No delays in answering questions and giving relevant information.4/5 stars only due to a hiccup with the Goodlord referencing process which required a 1hr drive to the Redditch office to spend 2 minutes scanning my documents in person and then a 1hr drive back. Wasn't very pleased by this and ultimately felt it was a very unnecessary fuel & time expense.

Without Ilene Strydom in our corner this experience would have been a lot more stressful. With problems in the chain, she was so calm and helpful. She was always at the end of the telephone to listen and advise. She was consistently working hard and striving for completion. Cannot recommend Ilene enough. We had a very difficult sale and I can safely say that I was throughly impressed with the Bromsgrove branch as a whole. Every call was dealt with professionally, and in a friendly manner. We can’t recommend the Stourbridge branch enough, so professional and so helpful! From the very first call with Alannah in the sales team, so the valuation at our home with Dan and then the photos and brochure with Amy, it truly has been an outstanding experience. After having some struggles with a different estate agent, this has been such a breath of fresh air. They are all so professional and accommodating, we wish we’d put our house on the market with them sooner!

A viewing. Met by Jaqui and her trainee assistant, on time and nice friendly relaxed approach. A brief walkabout and then left to explore ourselves, a much nicer way to view, rather than having someone 'on your shoulder'. Not rushed. So, yes, we liked the way it was done.
