I must say Ilene was bloody great throughout our process. To say we had an easy ride, I would be lying but this was due to the market not being great due to the cost of living crises and mortgage rates going through the roof! but Ilene made the process enjoyable once we finally found a house we loved. Thank you so much! She kept us informed on both the sale and purchase frequently, providing us updates and answered any queries that popped up! We felt Ilene wasn’t the typical “all about sales” she was very professional in away where we felt she cared about us and our needs. It was always a pleasure to speak with Ilene and would recommend Ilene to anyone!

GoogleWe used A P Morgan to sell my mothers house after she had died. Their services were top class from the minute the house went on sale. We had 11 viewings the first day and 5 offers the next day of which we accepted one. So house sold in less than a week. The legal side and exchange of contracts went through without a hitch. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Michelle who took care of the final stages of the sales process. I would highly recommend A P Morgan to anyone looking to sell their house.
