GoogleAfter having problems trying to rent through other agencies because of credit issues, and us needing a guarantor, Jackson Grundy managed to help us secure a home. Marjana and Tracey from the Kingsley branch in particular have been so helpful, patient and understanding in helping us find a home and guide us through the renting process. All questions have been answered quickly and any faults that needed fixing have been sorted in a timely manner. I honestly feel like it has been a team effort getting this house and I am so grateful to the staff for agreeing to work with us, despite our situation and also being in lockdown at the time. GoogleCongratulations on creating the ugliest social distance barricade I’ve ever seen. Who thought that wrapping office chairs in caution tape and putting them right behind the door is a attractive look? Just because you’re trying to get a message to people, doesn’t mean it has to look cheap, tacky and aggressive. That said, it suits the miserable attitude of your staff so I suppose it lets people know what to expect when they get inside.
Hello Bill We are sorry you feel that way about our temporary safety measures in this office, we will review the set up as we certainly do not wish for them to feel aggressive...we are just trying to keep everyone as safe as possible. GoogleThe staff Elliot and Vanessa have been great and responsive in a timely manner. However, the mortgage advisory service from the same state agent could have been better as it was difficult to communicate and coordinate with them and other parties in a timely manner.
