I have been renting with Jackson Grundy for over 2.5 years. I was new to renting through an Agency and had heard some horror stories about Lettings Agencies! My fears were soon allayed when I met Marjana Lansdell. The initial support from Marjana was excellent and more impressive is that her high standard is constant. Repairs, queries, questions are all dealt with efficiently. As a tenant, Marjana treats me with the utmost respect and dignity. I've rented with Jackson Grundy now for 2 years and really pleased with everything they have done. Any kind of issue I've had, they've responded to straight away, plus their contractors are super quick at getting back to you aswell. Michelle has been so helpful and professional from day 1. When she comes out to do my 3 month checks, it's so relaxed, I love having a natter with her. She's such a friendly, kind and caring person, she really is a credit to the JG team. Having said that, all the team are very helpful I have to say, I think I have THE best landlord ever and although it's not my house, it most certainly feels like my home, I'm so happy living here. I would 100% recommend JG to anyone

I cannot recommend Jackson Grundy enough. Brian came out to quote for me and then Vanessa and Elliott worked so hard with viewings I worked from home and they worked around me really well. I had a lot of viewings and they always communicated well about arranging them and how they went. Vanessa sold my house and has been in regular contact, updating me on progress every since and phoned me to congratulate me when everything completed. She and all the staff I have dealt with have been friendly, professional and helpful and I felt I could trust them which was important to me. By far the best agent in Northampton. I went into this branch on a Saturday. It was the most unwelcoming room I have ever walked into. There were three female staff and no other clients in the office. The staff seemed so miserable, that I genuinely felt like they didn't want potential clients disturbing them. I asked two questions but they seemed deliberately awkward and unhelpful in their response. I'd only gone in to casually enquire about a property, but after a few minutes, I couldn't wait to run for the door! I feel sorry for any tenants/landlords who have to deal with these staff on a regular basis. It was a very strange and unpleasant experience. The staff are obviously not trained in customer service skills.

I am so impressed with the service i recieved from Vannedsa and Ray at Jackson Grundy Kingsley park Terrace. Ray valued my house at a good price and was so friendly and respectful!
