GoogleJackson Grundy managed my rental property for over 8 years. During that time, I found them to be very responsive regarding management of it. My only gripe would be and this was probably out of their control, that plumbing issues were sometimes, too prolonged to get fixed. Overall though, happy. Michelle Francis particularly was my contact and she understood, that as this was my sole property, how important it was to me.

Minor or major issues were always resolved with ease, quickly and every time I had cause to call upon them they were always a pleasure to deal with. GooglePartner recently had her tenancy ended due to the landlord deciding to sell. Left the house in a very reasonable condition however trying to take 75% of her deposit back due to wear and tear marks e.g walls that have faded over time, 2 light bulbs missing, a kitchen work top that had allready blistered when she moved in and a toilet seat that has a little bit of move in it which occurred over time. Please stay well away if you are looking to rent a place they expect the room to be like a show room when you leave and they expect everything to be painted. Would not recommend these guys
