FacebookI recently sold my property using Horts and I couldn't recommend them enough. As this was my first house sale, I was looking for someone to be able to look after the sale of my home, someone I could trust that they knew the current market as their judgement on what to value the property at would be in their hands. From the start, Omar showed great professionalism talking me through their process and the benefits Horts could offer. They were great value for money and the quality of the images were perfectly taken for the property and these were online within 24 hours. I had regular updates from Omar during the viewing process as well as their portal update service and once I had accepted an offer, Omar would keep me informed at what stage we were at, what I needed to do and would chase my buying party when required without me even asking. The sale completed last week and I don't think it would have been as easy without his knowledge and input. Thank you! We are now using Horts and Omar again for our next property chapter.

GoogleHad a terrible experience purchasing a property from Horts, on several occasions they were very rude over the phone and gave us inaccurate information. I will not purchase another property through Horts again based on this bad experience unfortunately.

GoogleI have been a tenant for approx. 2 years. Always been treated with respect and understanding, never had any issues. The people who were always keeping me up to date and are were easy to speak to. Professional and keep you feeling like they actually care about what they do and what they do for you, and it's not just a job for them. GoogleI have been with Horts for just over 4 years and have had no issues whatsoever, until now. This week is the 3rd time our boiler has broken down since last Xmas. The way and manner things have been dealt with, has been very disappointing. I have three young kids (5,4&2) and the agency don’t seem much bothered, seem to care. Nor has this issue been prioritised. We have to rather keep chasing them for updates etc, you don’t get called. It may not be in their power to fix but it would only seem right and cautious to offer some sort of compensation and/or some kind Of apology.

GoogleVery unprofessional and disgusting agency, they cancelled our house movement because they didn’t check the house sellers history and cancelled our move a few days before the movement date and my house being sold because of the house I chose from these people now I’m stuck because I have to find another house when I don’t have time when the legal stuff have been going on for nearly two months. Don’t buy from this agency because they put you through stress!!!!!! I wouldn’t even give a star to them!! I don’t recommend these people. Total waste of time!!

GoogleEmma and Ray are fantastic estate agents. At every point we were kept up to date with progress of our sale and purchase; not once did we have to chase them for a response. They were liaising with our vendor, solicitors and buyer throughout the process to get everything tied up as soon as was possible. They also highlighted potential issues with the roads being unadopted on our sale so this could be dealt with much earlier in the process. On moving day, they were around to exchange keys as soon as we’d completed - which meant we got in to our new home much earlier than we’d expected which was brilliant. We couldn’t recommend them enough, and are so grateful for everything they did for us.

My experience with Horts Estate Agents during a recent attempt to rent a property was regrettably unsatisfactory. After finding a property we were interested in, we proceeded to view it, subsequently submitted an offer, and engaged in the initial rental process. However, following this initial engagement, there was a complete lack of communication for an extended period of three weeks. This absence of updates was concerning and frustrating, especially given the lack of proactive outreach from the estate agents. Ultimately, we were informed that the property had been withdrawn from the market by the landlord, who had decided not to rent it out. This decision, while understandable, was relayed to us after a considerable delay, a period during which we were left in uncertainty and could have pursued other potential properties. The lack of timely and clear communication from Horts Estate Agents significantly impacted our rental search negatively, leading to wasted time and missed opportunities. It was disappointing not to receive more attentive and helpful service during what is already a stressful process.

He was very polite and respectful. My partner bought the house and without Omar this process would have been a nightmare. He guided the solicitors and the letting agents through the process and made it seemingly easy. He was always approachable and happy to help with any concerns we had. What an amazing experience. When you have to swim with the Sharks, Horts are like the cage protecting you! I strongly recommend them and will continue to speak highly of them. Thank you so much to everyone at Horts for being different and making difficult times easier to deal with

GoogleSuperb service from Ray and Emma Jacobs - proactive throughout the process, keeping me up to date and managing the whole chain to make sure we exchanged and completed as quickly as possible. Absolutely everything you want. I appreciated their honesty and realistic but pragmatic approach to resolving any issues. Customer service is really second to none and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

GoogleWe sold our property quickly for a price we were really happy with. Following this the house we purchased took 7 months to complete and was a very tedious purchase, however Omar from Horts was a superstar and remained so positive throughout the process he really helped us stick it out. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

GoogleWe used Horts to sell our home having unsuccessfully used a different agent initially. Omar from Horts was professional, reliable and approachable and quickly found a buyer for our property (and then another one after the first sale fell through). Once the sale had been agreed, Sue Ellson ensured that everything went smoothly through to completion. I would definitely recommend Horts if you want a professional and hassle free service.
