FacebookI recently sold my house with Horts. My experience with staff of Horts from start to finish was absolutely brilliant. They kept me informed at every stage of the sale and their manner was very friendly yet professional. I was particularly impressed by Jo Lardner (sales progressor). During the early stages of the sale, we came across some unexpected hurdles but Jo kept me reassured throughout and did all she could to keep things moving towards completion. I would definitely recommend Horts Estate Agents without any hesitation. I would like to thank their team, including Jon Summerley for their hard work and exceptionally great service.

FacebookI've recently used Horts Estate Agency for both selling my property and also buying a new one at the same time. This was my first experience of undertaking both of these activities, but I have to say that working with Horts made the whole experience seem smooth and much less stressful than what I was led to believe moving house would be. I found the staff all very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, proactive and eager to please. With guidance and support of each stage of the processes, Horts kept me informed and moving along in an efficient and timely manner, without being pushy or aggressive like you sometimes hear estate agencies being. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone considering Horts as their choice for moving house, either buying, selling, or like me, both! Very pleased with my experience! AA+++

FacebookMy experiences with Dorian, Suzie, Karen et al very much mirrors the experiences of others who have used Horts' services. I was always kept up to date regarding the progess of the sales, feedback from potential buyers, usefull tips to help speed things along etc. Also provided me with details of a cracking painter and decorator after the company i tried on recommendation could not be even bothered to return my call😰. Always extremely friendly people to deal with and they keep their promises and commitments to you. If only all customer expeiences were this good, life would be a complete doddle😊👍🏼. I found Denise the property progresser to be invaluable, she kept me updated at every stage of the sale and with our purchasers solicitors, I'm sure our sale would not have completed so quickly without her. One of the most important people in the team to keep the sale/purchase process together. Would highly recommend Horts! Thank you all so much!
