GoogleI was recommended to use Horts and they were right - Stuart Little and all his team have delivered a brilliant service throughout the whole process Excellent communication, friendly and yet professional service, explanations given when I needed it and they have consistently communicated at every stage! GoogleOmar at Horts was fantastic from start to finish. He always kept us up to date on progress and feedback from viewings, and when we sold, he and the Horts team chased everything through to ensure a prompt exchange and completion. A special mention for Jo who does an awesome job of chasing everything through to exchange and completion. We couldn't ask for anymore. Omar, Jo and Horts are highly recommended, whether you're buying or selling.

They supported the whole process beyond my expectations, keeping everything together and on track. This was invaluable given moving can be very stressful, and they certainly did all they could to make it as smooth as possible. I’d highly recommend their services.

GoogleI was looking for a property at the start of Covid which made it very difficult but Horts helped at a difficult time and made it happen when others were unable to. I have since rented the property for a total of four years in which time Horts have been good with communication and timely with any reminders. Work that needed doing was actioned promptly and efficiently and they were good liaising with the Landlord over matters. They made sure my interests as a tenant were looked after and I have been very pleased with how they looked after both the landlords and my own needs. Would recommend them to anyone looking at renting.

GoogleWe sold our property through Omar at Horts , we were very happy with the professional but friendly approach from Omar who was always cheery and reassuring. Omar was always quick to respond to phone calls and the support from Horts office staff in following up the sale was also helpful and friendly.

GoogleSays it’s open till six but when I call at 5:30 the automated system says they are closed. How is anyone that works 9-5 meant to get hold of the maintenance department of there is an emergency?
Sorry for the confusion but our sales department is open until 6pm, our lettings department, including maintenance, is open until 5.30pm. Google doesn't allow different times for different departments. Our lettings hours and what do do in an emergency outside of these hours were explained to you when you moved in but we appreciated that there is a lot to take on board when you move in to a rented home.

He gave us advice on the process throughout, and was always available on the phone/email. Nothing was too much trouble! I would use Dan again when selling a home. Great service!

GoogleOmar was the estate agent I used, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Due to external parties the conveyancing process was long and painful. Omar kept an open line of communication, including during his holiday, and chased the external parties right up until we had completed. Would definitely use again.

GoogleNot used an estate agent since 2006, and my expectations were low, they did not disappoint! Phoned them to view a property, agent phoned me and confirmed a day and time. We turn up having lost 1/2 days work each but no Estate Agent….. phoned them. Oh sorry I could not get hold of the vendor, would you like to view tomorrow….. err no I am here now, and you have been rubbish at your job. Maybe that is the normal standard?

Amazingly rude and dismissive staff and an overall woeful level of customer service from the property consultant I had the misfortune to deal with - avoid at all costs!!!!
