I sold my house in Rugby back in June 2020, so I am a bit late leaving a review. However that doesn’t change the service I received from Ian from the Horts Rugby branch. He was reliable, attentive, always kept me up to date and I most definitely felt like he was on my side. Without Omar, I believe we would not have accomplished our house move. We used a competitor for months with such poor results. Omar has been professional, highly responsive to all communication, and gone above and beyond. Updates us consistently every step of the way. He really travelled the journey with us. We had a very complicated journey and chain, and the updates and transparency was gladly received, after the shocking experience we had from another firm. In all future moves there is no other gentleman I will use to market my home than Omar.

I would 100% recommend Horts. This weekend myself and my boyfriend moved into our first flat together and our letting agent Brogan could not have been more helpful!! From day one she has been enthusiastic, knowledgeable and has made the whole process so smooth and easy. She is quick to respond to emails, making communication a breeze, and is extremely efficient in terms of paperwork; being clear, concise and secure when asking for personal information. Our flat is so lovely and clean, and we are over the moon with the service we have received and we cannot wait to make memories in our new home, ALL thanks to Brogan! She and our landlord came to our flat ASAP the morning after we moved in, when we had an electrical emergency. I would definately recommend Jon Summerly from Horts to market and sell a property. From start to finish Jon made the process simple when I recently sold my house through Horts. The initial stage was for Jon to undertake a thorough review against other similar properties sold in the area in order to establish and agree the best price for my house. Jon then spent quality time taking excellent photographs of my house which looked great on Rightmove. During the end to end process, Jon and his team were always available if required and kept me up to date with progress. My house sold and I was delighted with the whole experience.
