GoogleThe lady named Susan was really arrogant and didn’t even bother to speak properly. After calling the whole family for appointment to come without even forwarding the application to property owner and didn’t tell me to bring passport. But the day of appointment she ask asks for passport and didn’t look at anything else. There is way of treating clients and if your representatives don’t have this basic skills then it’s a shame.
I am really sorry to hear that you found the experience disappointing and stressful. I have looked at the emails and file notes regarding your case and I am satisfied that my lettings team acted correctly due to the circumstances which I know are involved. I wish you every success in finding suitable accommodation for your family.

What a journey we have had with these guys… I cannot recommend them enough.. the sheer grit and determination to sell our home after falling through several times was unbelievable… from veiwings to feedback on veiwings to keeping us updated on our selling and purchasing nothing was too much trouble .. Omar was exeptional and very professional in every detail and always ready to help even on his days off!!jeremy was also very helpful and caring ..Thankyou guys for all your hard work… we have settled into our new home finally and we love it.

GoogleI chose to use Ray and Emma initially because they know the village and who better to sell the amazing village than two residents. We unfortunately had 2 buyers pull out and the support and perseverance from Emma was second to none, and soon enough we sold for the 3rd and final time. What was great about Emma unlike her counterparts up and down the chain Emma didnt just worry about our situation, she was giving regular updates as well as chasing everyone to get the process moving quicker for us. Any difficult conversations Emma and Ray always had and didn't hide behind texts or emails, the personal touch and support from them both was hugely appreciated it Emma and Ray knew what it meant to us to get our dream house and they were a huge part in us being able to get that, you felt like they cared as much about us getting the house as we did ourselves I couldn't recommend Ray and Emma any higher if I tried, it was a pleasure going through the process with such a lovely couplePositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI found Horts via a web search and as I was having to sell my late mum and dads home to close down their estate. It was an emotional time but I’m so glad that Omar was there to steer us through the process. From the first meeting I felt confident that we had made the correct choice. Omar suggested we sell the property by Informal Tender, a process I’d never heard of, but this was the right choice for us. From the first viewing through to the completion of the sale Omar has been a true professional, courteous, thorough, and kept us informed of every step along the way. GoogleOmar is the most unprofessional person I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He contacted another buyer and triggered a contract race after a I'd already agreed a sale. Sold to the other buyer and didn't even tell me. I'm £780 out of pocket on survey and solictors fees as a result. He didn't even have the decency to apologize, absolutely vile.
I'm sorry you feel that Omar did not you keep you in the picture regarding your proposed purchase but, as you know, the matter was looked into by ourselves and we found that everything was done to keep both parties aware of proceedings.

GoogleUNPROFESSIONAL LIARS!!! This agency cannot be trusted so use at you peril. Unless like them, you think it's ok to lie about sellers positions, fail to hand over the keys to properties, and even when you do, let the sellers keep some keys just in case they need to reenter the property before you can change the locks! One of their property consultant's, Dan Brothers is a particularly unprofessional and feeds you an endless stream of lies whilst he counts his commission. This type of character combined with the ineptitude of their "sales chasers" makes you wonder how they actually have any positive reviews.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWithout Omar, I believe we would not have accomplished our house move. We used a competitor for months with such poor results. Omar has been professional, highly responsive to all communication, and gone above and beyond. Updates us consistently every step of the way. He really travelled the journey with us. We had a very complicated journey and chain, and the updates and transparency was gladly received, after the shocking experience we had from another firm. In all future moves there is no other gentleman I will use to market my home than Omar.
