Great team, really helpful. We first met with Connor, Molly and Chris after seeing a property advertised on Zoopla. They helped with everything including getting the exchange and completion sorted so quickly. Without them, we wouldn’t have managed to move into our new home. They went above and beyond when our own solicitors were not prioritising things. I gave them all a headache with the hundreds of questions I had (being a first time buyer) and they never made me feel awkward about asking them! Thank you to the whole team for being so helpful. Yet another great service!

Yet another great service from the lettings team. Vienna & Lesley have been persistent and professional throughout. The covid impact has left me rather downbeat but the ladies have been optimistic ad continued forward, and their tenacity paid off. As I have come to expect (im spoilt now) they go above my expectations, which is very reassuring and comforting. One Star is an over achievement for…

One Star is an over achievement for Taylors Lettings of Swindon. Having gone through the tenants application process and with an occupation completion date within 48 hrs, not only did they discover the premises offered for rental was not compliant with certificates, they requested a twofold increase on the deposit. Completely incompetent and unreliable service and reflective of all that is wrong with letting in the UK. Representing unreliable and greedy landlords - avoid at all costs. And possibly a lesson if you are selling or buying. Go to Allen & Harris or Dewhurst!!!

5 stars doesn't do David, Katie and the team at Taylors in Swindon justice, David was an absolute legend when it came to letting my house out, no only did he take excellent photographs, full listing details, my property went on their website on a Friday and Monday morning I had a call to say a Let had been agreed, rent payments have been on time every month, any questions I've had have been answer quickly.When we came to list my wife's house ready for our move we went straight to David, I didn't think it was possible to beat last time but they had a let agreed the same day we instructed them.David should be well on the way to winning Letting Agent of the year (if such a thing exists!)If your considering letting out your home - use Taylor's it's as simple as that!

We listed a property with the kingswood…

We listed a property with the kingswood estate agents who advised to put it on as an auction. The original value of the property was set at £210,000. Within a month of the property being listed the auctioneer was already trying to drop the price of the property by £40,000 to £170,000. We were not happy about this as it had hardly been on the market for a while and didn't want to lose that much value in that short of a time. We asked that the property be relisted normally and not on auction which Taylors advised they would do. 6 weeks later we get a message from Taylors stating they'd had no interest and to request we drop the price again at which point we checked the advert online to find out they were still advertising the property on as auction and had no changed it as requested. We were pretty annoyed about this and asked that they remove it from listing and we would go elsewhere as they had made a complete mess of trying to sell our property. This is also an ex rental property so it is costing us money to hold onto it empty.
