Highly recommend New Oak Estates. We didn't use them for our sale but had signed with a big name high street agent originally, only to be messed around. I contacted New Oak for some advice, over the phone they were lovely - the advice given was brilliant and they did come around for another valuation. Unfortunately we are tied in with the estate agent we've chosen - our house has now sold but I do believe without some of the advice we had from New Oak we wouldn't have sold at all. They didn't have to do what they did but they really did help us out! Should we sell again, I would use these guys. Thanks!

Reading the comment below I find it very hard to believe that Sharon was rude. It’s an estate agents job to get as much detail as possible about your financial situation so that they can help find the most suitable property for you. New oaks estates haven’t even sold my house they have sold the house that I have recently bought and I can honestly say Sharon is a fantastic, lovely, helpful lady and has helped reassure me with everything even though she had no need too. Keep up the good work Sharon you’re a star!!

An awful experience with New Oak Estate’s only negotiator Sharon Lane that the two manned company employ? A very rude and inexperienced employee that makes it very hard work for you to negotiate on the few houses that they sell? I eventually negotiated an accepted offer with the vendors of my dream home ‘no thanks to Sharon’ by contacting them directly via letter through their door? Paul ‘the business owner’ of New Oaks had to step in, in place of Sharon to take the house off the market as she had initially told me my offer(s) were unacceptable and I’m not to contact them again, thank goodness I did! Sharon will make you feel unconfident and unworthy of placing an offer on a property sold by them and has zero negotiation skills! There are hardly any boards erected in and around Chesterfield for the business and I can only put this down to Sharon’s lack of business know how!? So, if you are a potential vendor thinking of using New Oaks then I would ask to deal with Paul and not Sharon.

I cannot recommend Paul at New Oak Estates enough! He helped us through what was a traumatic time selling my parents home through illness. He provided an amazing personal service and was always available to help and update. We had viewings booked within a couple of hours of the House going on the market and sold it within 4 days. Some of the larger more well known local companies really should receive training on customer service and professionalism from Paul. He is streets ahead! Highly recommended �

Everything went very smoothly, from a knowledgeable valuation, photography and listing. We progressed very quickly thanks to Paul’s marketing skills, receiving a viewing enquiry within a couple of hours, and an offer within a week. Now we need to find ourselves a new home! Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and dishonesty made the entire experience far more stressful than it needed to be. New Oak Estates were very thorough and conscientious when selling my home. Paul did the valuation and explained why he thought that was the ideal price and also showed me similar properties that had recently sold in the area. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. Felt incredibly judged getting a valuation. I was asked over the phone “why us?” then again on arrival which makes you feel your intentions are under question. I am a seller and they sell properties..? Pointers on how to improve my property came across as quite rude actually and not as constructive criticism which I expect to receive. Very disappointed, I would expect for my property to be discussed more respectfully for someone wanting commission from my sale.
