GoogleI’ve dealt with a lady called Sharon and she has been absolutely brilliant in not only helping me get the property I want but helping me with other situations to make sure I get the best outcome. She is very professional & will always make sure to contact you first without having to wait weeks for an update on your situation. I’m very pleased with everything she has done for me.

They were brilliant throughout our whole buying process, from being taken around the property right up to completion. Sharon you were brilliant, thank you so much for all your help, even with the 'not so good news' of being pushed back on completing. (not new oak's fault)

FacebookAbsolutely fantastic service, highly recommended. Paul did a fantastic job of marketing our house - we didn’t realise how just how fab our house was or how much more it was worth (other houses in the vicinity are on the market for much less and have not sold) - from the excellent description and very professional photos we could see why it was attractive to buyers. I’m sure this why our house sold in 2 days after a lot of interest 😊 Paul handled the offer negotiations and we got just a little under the asking price which was more than we originally thought anyway. Paul and Sharon’s honest advice is refreshing, nothing is too much trouble, they’re very approachable and always contactable. If you are thinking of selling your home then New Oak Estates should be on top of your list!
