Paul and Sharon are fantastic at what they do, extremely professional and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and they were only ever a phone call away. I have recently sold a property through New Oak Estates, and found it to be a very positive experience from the get go. Paul was very pleasant, and realistic about what to market my property at, and discussed the best strategy to sell. The pictures were great and very thorough. Sharon kept me up to date with the process and was always lovely on the phone, and she regularly made contact with both myself and the buyer. New Oak Estates firstly acted as agent when I became a landlord, finding tenants, acting on my behalf to resolve any issues. The company have then enabled me to sell the property in a matter of weeks and are helping me negotiate with another Estate Agent in order to buy another property. All communications are full , friendly, timely and the company has been easy to work with making my rental then sale and purchase relatively stress-free. It is a small company who treat you as an individual and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Very good service from start to finish. Enthusiastic and very modern methods with drone picture and a photographic 360 degrees tour around the house. We sold the house the next day for very near the asking price. When solicitors etc were slow with sorting completion, the Estate agents were very good at chivvying along the various parties. Had a million issues on the sale of our house and purchase of our new home. Paul did a great job marketing the house (sold in 2 days). Sharon is a legend among Estate Agents. If she doesn't get Agent of the year then there is no justice in the world. Straight to the point, pulled no punches and got the job done. Not only did she sort everything on the sale side (of which there was a hell of a lot!!) but also went out of her way to resolve various issues on our purchase (which was with a different agency), even whilst laid-up off work sick. We have no hesitation in recommending New Oak Estates if you are selling your house or buying one in their portfolio, they are bloody awesome.

Absolutely dreadful experience. Staff lied to both us (buyer) and the sellers after they were late informing us the offer had been accepted, and doubled down rather than apologise after being caught out. They charged the sellers close to £4000 and did absolutely nothing. We did all the chasing, fixed all their mistakes, and they were utterly clueless throughout. They didn’t even know who had the keys. Avoid like the plague.
