Hello there, I am a close friend of Catherine, she started to rent with this agency a month ago, and it is a nightmare for her. I can't understand why she is treated in such a bad way. She paid upfront the rent, and it was agreed that everything would be sufficiently changed due to bad condition. There are so many problems because of the unprofessionalism of the people who do work in this agency that it is such a shame! My friend had to live for a month without the washing machine, note to say that there are still many problems in the flat, which the company does not want to deal with, even though that they agreed in the beginning and now they deny to change anything. Do not deal with this agency, especially Bernard, who has been lying and after he just stepped back from taking responsibility for this flat.

Highly disorganised, property managers keep changing every 5 minutes (without tenants being notified), emails often ignored or answered with huge delays... But the worst issue has come at the time of requesting my deposit back. I have rented in London for >10 years and I have never had to wait more than a few days for my deposit to be returned. It's been now 3 weeks since my tenancy has ended, and no one seems to bother replying my emails which has left me no option but to raise a formal dispute... I can't in good conscience recommend Life Residential to anyone. PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE RENTING WITH THEM!

Everything was fine before we moved and while we lived in the flat (we moved into a new flat so no boiler issue or other sort of maintenance issues experienced) but when we moved out they wanted to charge us for every little scratch on the wall. Also we got our deposit back 2 months delayed and they did not return the full amount agreed nor did they explain why they got to that final amount. Not partners at all. If you can, look for another agency.

They must’ve fabricated their “awards” as I’ve been a tenant with this agency for 2 years. Their customer service is none existent and they are literally the worst at communicating and emailing, especially when it comes to returning deposits. They lack professionalism and people skills.
