GoogleTried to charge me £2.6k for small wall damages and cleaning the apartment when checking out. Ended up raising it with MyDeposits and they determined I owed them less than £200 (10% of what they wanted). Avoid Life residential… sneaky agents trying to keep all our deposits

GoogleBehind every well-functioning home is an efficient property manager, and we certainly have that in Ms Rebecka Hegardt. Rebecka has consistently provided excellent and consummate service ever since she became our property manager at the start of April 2019. Since then, we have had the opportunity to interact with her several times on teething household issues and we have come away impressed by her great initiative and sheer professionalism. As the household issues were causing us significant inconvenience, we were glad for her prompt responses and timely interventions. For instance, requests for repairs were addressed immediately and the repairmen arrived within the day to resolve the issue. We are definitely very blessed and fortunate to have Rebecka as our property manager! Tack så mycket, Rebecka!

GoogleThe excellent treatment I got and follow up throughout the whole process was staggering. Josh Forsyth, who was the property consultant assigned to my case was very responsive and was able to improvise solutions to all the challenges that I posted. The other members of the team that I dealt with (Kristina and Jess) were outstanding as well! If you are looking for turn key accomodation in the London area, Life Residential is the estate agency to go to. They do everything online so it´s ideal for expats and newcomers into the UK.

GoogleVery unprofessional service. I paid a holding deposit and after that the agent stopped responding to my calls and messages for weeks. No updates, no communication, and no refund. I would strongly advise others to avoid this letting agent.
