The excellent treatment I got and follow up throughout the whole process was staggering. Josh Forsyth, who was the property consultant assigned to my case was very responsive and was able to improvise solutions to all the challenges that I posted. The other members of the team that I dealt with (Kristina and Jess) were outstanding as well! If you are looking for turn key accomodation in the London area, Life Residential is the estate agency to go to. They do everything online so it´s ideal for expats and newcomers into the UK.

My initial experience with Life has been really bad as the property manager they assigned to us was not responsive to emails and calls and never managed to fix something in the flat after 7 months we flagged it and continuously followed up. However, when the property manager changed to Michael Mushota our experience has been really good thanks to his great performance. It took him few days to fix all the outstanding issues.
