Roger Hall visited us and gave us a valuation in October, after reviewing other estate agents we agreed to go ahead with Richard Kendall a week later. In the space of just 15 days we had an offer we had accepted on our property. We were buying a new build property with a long lead time (6 months), and Richard Kendall were fantastic in ensuring our prospective buyers (and anyone else in the chain) knew of the situation. We recently sold my mother-in-laws house through Richard Kendall's office in Pontefract. The sale took quite a while to complete - approx 8 months for various reasons. Throughout the process Richard Kendall's kept us abreast of the work being involved in the sale of the house liaising with our solicitors as well as buyers solicitors and the buyers themselves. Worked with Donna and Susanne from Ossett branch from May to October and they were excellent. I was quite nervous as a first time buyer but they were great at answering all my questions. They kept me well informed of any progress and took it upon themselves to mediate between the solicitors, when they were not responding to queries. They always followed through on everything, even if it was just to say 'hi we haven't had a response to this yet, so we will try again tomorrow'. Cant fault them at all, thank you both so much

I let my property out through Richard Kendall with Kelly as my main point of contact. This was the first property I had let out so needed everything explaining from scratch which Kelly was happy to do. Kelly was thorough and friendly throughout the entirety of the process.
