They helped us immensely despite working with truly terrible solicitors on our end, being friendly and approachable, whether in person in Wakefield, on the phone, or via email. They happily passed and received messages on behalf of ourselves and the seller, and never once made us feel unwelcome when doing so. We mainly dealt with Karen, who was proactive and helpful throughout our very long purchase. Overall when it came to viewings (we viewed 2 properties with Richard Kendall) it would have been beneficial if the people who show you round know more about the property - they are just there to open/close, whereas we would have liked someone who knew more about the property and could answer our questions there and then without us having to contact the office, seemed a bit of a strange way to do it but overall a good experience and we love our new home.
