From my experience I have always held Richard Kendall in high regard.. Since the day my sister told Richard Kendall himself he could not come into her room to value our property unless he paid £10. He still went in the room but a cheque for my sister followed!Now being in the position to purchase a property myself I cannot fault the service I have had. I have dealt with Karen Marijewko throughout my purchase and she has been professional and efficient throughout. Excellent customer service , very approachable.

From our very first phone call to enquire about a property we found everyone we spoke to were very helpful with all our enquiries. Karen Marijewko was especially helpful as it had been quite a few years since we bought our last house and so many things have changed. Everything is online & as you get a little older it can get a little confusing but we were guided through everything by Karen. A lovely call once we had completed too which we thought was lovely .

Richard Kendall were excellent from start to finish. From the evaluation of the property, Roger was very friendly and honest about the market and gave a good valuation. Sarah Whalley, was very friendly and efficient, and kept me updated at every stage of the process, both with regular phone calls and emails. It did take 4 months overall, due to a renegotiation of the price, so it did take longer than expected, however we got there in the end. I realise it isn't usually a quick process. Overall, Richard Kendall were a very reliable Estate Agent to use from a Seller's perspective. I would recommend them and use them again in future.

Outstanding Service

The service provided by Richard Kendall's has been amazing. Given there was no seamless crossover between having sold my family house and sourcing my new home at the end of my current completion I was eager to reduce the time spent in temporary accommodation. Karen Marijewko was my saviour, her knowledge, experience of the property industry and persistence to ensure everyone was doing what they were responsible for within the process continually were outstanding. Karen's professionalism and they way she managed incompetent solicitors was excellent. She was a great support and I can't thank her enough.

Excellent Service

I recently sold my home in East Ardsley. Living overseas I was worried this would be much more difficult than it actually was thanks to Amanda from Richard Kendall who went far above what was expected to ensure that the property was sold in a timely manner. Given the time differences Amanda liaised with all Parties on my behalf to keep the sale progressing and kept me informed every step of the way. I could not recommend a better agent than Amanda!

The best estate agents!

We have had the best experience of customer care with Amber. I would recommend Richard Kendall everyday of the week. Our home had the most beautiful photos/video taken by Richard Kendall’s, from the beginning we have been so impressed! We have been kept up to date every week since our house went on the market back in June. Amber went above and beyond to get updates from the rest of the chain/solicitors. Many people dread the house moving process but I can honestly say, it hasn’t been half as stressful as we thought and that is mainly down to Amber for always keeping us in the loop. Thank you so much, we honestly couldn’t have done it without you!

We chose Richard Kendall to sell my father’s house because Roger Hall was far and away the most professional valuer we saw who gave good, sensible advice. We were allocated Amber Hamilton in the Pontefract office and although the sale was a little bit fraught - one sale fell through and the next had a long, difficult chain - she was amazing. The communication was always excellent and Amber was always polite, friendly and reassuring. On the rare occasion she wasn’t available all of the other office staff were helpful and seemed knowledgeable about the sale. Can’t recommend them highly enough and I would definitely use them again

First time Renter, Kelly Scoggins was my agent and couldn't have wished for a better person to guide me through the process. Explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Was patient with me, always helpful and even now I'm in the house and have been for over a month, is still my right hand women to help me get thins sorted and being a liaison between me and the landlord.
