I know the property needed updating deco wise but it was in good nick considering what I have moved into which means the price should have not been dropped that easy...I know Covid had a lot to do with it but it should not have been dropped that easily.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry that we didn't earn 5 stars with your move. That always makes me look more carefully at what we did because we do pride ourselves on going the extra mile.
I have spoken to Rhys Burtenshaw about your sale and I can see we arranged 18 viewings before you decided to accept an offer at £250,000. Whilst it's always a hard decision to 'take an offer', I think the level of exposure and viewings showed that we found the true current market value having tried a higher asking price.
It isn't always possible to give instant viewing feedback, but I know that selling your home can be an anxious process and communication is key - we will take your feedback on board in a positive fashion.
I can see that you found us easy to deal with which is a plus and I know we were able to help you with key collection etc at completion which I am sure also helped. I hope we will have the chance to assist you or your family and friends again at some point and earn a 5 star review next time around.

Buying and selling property is one of the most stressful things a person has to do. In our experience most of the stress is induced not by estate agents, but by duplicitous and untruthful members of the general public - the alleged “buyers”. Rosemary and I put our property in the hands of Trigg & Co due to the favourable impression we experienced through contact with one of their negotiators at another property. A decision that we have never regretted. They were professional, respectful and courteous at all times. Triggs were very proactive from day one. The brochure showed the property in its best light. I think the website with the seller log in section works very well. My property sold very quickly although when I marketed it a couple of years ago with a different agent, I did not sell it and took it off the market. I think using a professional photographer makes a big difference.
