Efficient Service

I write as a buyer rather than a vendor. Having found the property that interested me on Rightmove I found it very quick and easy to contact the agent and it was then just as quick and easy to arrange a viewing at a time that was convenient to me.Having viewed the property, I was able to have a very open conversation with the agent that had accompanied me on the viewing and subsequently placed my offer.I received a quick response to my offer and the purchase proceeded from that point in the normal way. I was kept informed and updated as was necessary and again, keeping in contact was quick and easy. The part that I most appreciated was that there was never any sense of pressure or any kind of "Over-sell". I was shown the property, had any questions answered and was then left to make up my own mind.

Trigg and Co made selling easy and stress free

Trigg and Co marketed and sold our house almost instantly. They arranged many viewings and we received several offers. Once we accepted the offer they liaised with us and the solicitors to keep us up to speed with all developments. when we had any questions or issues they would get them sorted straight away. I cant recommend Trigg and Co highly enough and would never sell a property through anyone but them in the future. They are very approachable and friendly. Thank you for all you done

A very pleasant move to the island

Some three years ago we decided we would move to the Isle of Wight, so we started viewing properties. Because we lived on the mainland we would only come to the island when we found a number of suitable properties to view. We eventually found our ideal home at the start of 2018, this property was being marketed by Trigg & Co. The representative who patiently took us round half a dozen properties wad extremely professional and didn't mind at all when we kept saying no to each property, until that is we found the right property for us. The difference between Trigg & Co and the other estate agents we had been using, who I shall not mention who they are, was markedly different.We have just recently moved into the property we found. I found that on every occasion I either emailed or phoned Trigg & Co that they were equally professional and polite. When I collected the keys I was presented with a moving in box containing all those essentials needed but normally packed away in one of the many boxes, this was a very pleasant surprise.I'd like to thank all the staff at Trigg & Co for all their assistance in both finding our new home and assisting with its purchase. I would recommend anyone to use Trigg & Co if they are either buying or selling a property.

Fantastic service at Trigg & Co

I've recently had to go back to rented accommodation after owning my own home (following years of awful landlords, appalling "care" from agents and constant moving). Needless to say I was rather apprehensive but Dani and Clare from Trigg & Co have been absolutely amazing and supportive throughout the entire process. Finally - an estate agent who cares and are prepared to help their tenants! Can't fault them in any way, I'm so so glad I used their agency over any other 😊😊. Thanks guys!!!

We all have our preconceived ideas …

We all have our preconceived ideas about Estate Agents! How come they charge so much for putting a photo on the internet? being a typical comment. In reality, the advertising of a property is just a small part of the bigger, much bigger, picture.Well, we have just purchased a property placed on the market through Trigg & Co. We sold our house privately and so have had to rely on Trigg & Co to do a lot of the leg work on our behalf (in the absence of our own agent). Throughout the process the staff have been extremely patient and courteous with us even though ultimately we are not paying for their service. House sales/purchases are never easy and there is no disguising the fact that it is a very stressful time. Clearly under our particular circumstance I cannot comment on how the vendors rate Trigg & Co, but us purchasers we cannot thank them enough for all their help, patience and advice. We would particularly like to praise Simon Crane who never let us down throughout the entire (lengthy) process.

We couldn't have asked for a better …

We couldn't have asked for a better estate agent as Trigg sold our house within 5 days! We were absolutely delighted with the photos they took and the virtual reality tour. We were kept informed of progress the whole way through thanks to their exceptional communication both online and over the phone, and all the staff were always very friendly and easy to talk to. We would highly recommend them to anyone, and wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future.

Take time to think before you sign up

After signing the paperwork we realised we had been pressurised into putting the property on the market before we were ready. Good salesman but it left a bitter taste. We asked about work we thought needed to be done to be told to try the market as it was. This was bad advice, every comment after every viewing remarked on it. We wanted the wording changing before it went on the website but this request was ignored. Viewings get cancelled because they pressurise people into making appointments, then they cancel and they don't inform you. When we complained about not being told they were adamant that they had told us. The app is brilliant that is where we actually found out about cancelled viewings. On the plus side the property did sell and when I was dealing with Rhys things improved. He was always very polite.

Very efficient and knowledgeable company

Very efficient and knowledgeable company. Although they pitched my sale price lower than what I paid for my flat it was good for a quick sale which was what I wanted. They got the property on the market very quickly and the advertising material was very good. I was always kept informed of what was happening and they dealt with all the negotiations. They also found me a good solicitor to deal with the sale for a good price. The property is now sold and I am very pleased.

Stress Free Let - happy landlady in Sandown

I needed a tenant for my house in Sandown so I contacted two estate agents for information - one in Sandown that didn't bother to call me and I contacted Trigg & Co who called me straight back, asking questions and offering information in a helpful manner. They were friendly and dynamic from the first call. I was given a full explanation of the services offered to choose from. They swiftly marketed my house and found me a very nice tenant within a week. They were efficient with the paperwork once the tenant had been selected and with the details prior to check in. I have rented out other properties with letting agents on the mainland and working with Trigg & Co has been the most positive and stress free letting experience I have ever had. I have no hesitation in recommending Claire and Kerry to any landlord.

Very proactive

I have had quite a bit of experience with local estate agents and this is the first time I have used Trigg. I can honestly say they were the most proactive and friendly estate agent I have ever used. I was kept updated constantly with feedback while trying to sell my property and they were brilliant through the purchasing process. I never felt like I couldn’t phone them and when I did they were always polite and helpful, they really went above and beyond. I would also add that since completing I have had a couple of small issues with the property developer which have been resolved with the help of Trigg. Great service, thanks.

Great Letting Service

I approached Trigg & Co to help me with a rather unique situation. We had found a tenant for our property and we just needed help with all the paper work and legal admin side of this. I had called other agents on the Island and they either did not want to know or they were way over priced. It was the opposite with Trigg & Co. They were more than happy to help and in fact excelled my expectation. Claire the lettings manager was helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. She came back to me very promptly with any answers to my queries and made the whole process very streamlined. I am managing the property myself but again Claire has offered to support me and advise me if I have any issues at all. I would not hesitate to recommend Trigg & Co. Thank you.

Excellant service from the Islands best Estate Agent!

I decided to sell my home through Trigg & Co as they are a family run, Island based business with the most eye-catching advertising signs designed to attract attention. I found their service to be excellent. The team are very friendly, engaging and helpful and I was always kept informed every step of the way. Their on-line system, the e-Property File, was easy and intuitive to use. Some of the highlights of this system are that I could see viewing appointment bookings as well as feedback. I would recommend them to anyone whether you are buying, selling, letting or renting. This recommendation is based upon my experiences when selling and buying my new home.

Efficient and friendly service, highly recommended!

We had dealt with a few estate agents in the search for buying our first home, and in a few instances, the agents managed to put us off by being pushy, smarmy and disinterested once we had explained our limited budget.In contrast, the first property we viewed with Trigg as the agents, we ended up buying! We found the agents to be genuine, and left us alone to view the property, rather than following us around. The viewings as a result were relaxed, and gave us a chance to discuss how we honestly felt. At the end of the viewing, our questions were answered fully, and the agents seemed genuine and friendly, rather than pushy.As the sale was going through, we had regular contact from our agent, and in the end, it was because of our agent Phil taking the lead with solicitors that the exchange of contracts occured in time for our preferred completion date.The whole experience with Trigg so far has been a pleasant one, and definitely the best we have had with any agency on the Isle of Wight and during our time living on the mainland.

Best estate agent ever

I bought my first house over 40 years ago. After selling many houses since then I did not expect too much from the estate agent beyond a photo in their window. Trigg have actually amazed me with their total engagement in facilitating every aspect of my sale and all done proactively. Trigg have been like my own personal team of helpers keeping on top of every issue that arose throughout my chain.
