Customer Service Second to None!

What can we say? Fantastic Service, Trigg & Co were on the end of the phone when we needed, (usually outside of standard office hours - and when you really need them!), and always had the answer to the question or could get it very quickly. They ALWAYS returned calls or answered questions swiftly, even after the completion. Compared to our experience with other Isle of Wight estate agents, Trigg are way above the rest, and at this time we would use no one else. We were using a mainland estate agent during this time as well for a bereavement house sale, and Trigg were easily equal to the great service we had there too. A great Island company with a Mainland customer service attitude! Thank you Trigg & Co.

Fantastic service provided by Trigg & Co

Trigg & Co have been brilliant since putting our house on the market with them, we were advised an achievable price by Phil, he was spot on. The brochure looked amazing too! Then when Rhys sold our house within 5 days, we couldn't believe it! The whole team all seem a friendly, genuine & very helpful bunch. All the other agents in the island should be taking a leaf out of Trigg & co's book! I hope to deal with you guys when I buy a property. I cannot recommend them enough, our friends have already switched to Trigg & Co to sell there house!

I am very pleased at the way the company dealt with letting my property .They listened to my requirements and did their utmost to find a suitable tenant under what has proved to be difficult times. They are quick to advise and very efficient at dealing with queries and are well versed with current and future legislation. Having been a landlord for 56 years I feel very comfortable dealing with Trigg &Co.

First Class Agency

A very professional company start to finish. The valuation was spot on and the sales brochure was nothing but first class with fantastic photographs. The agent went the extra mile to sort out any queries and all staff were aware of what stage the sale was at, so any questions were answered with just one phone call.
