Environmental health called in after mushrooms growing out of a bedroom ceiling despite 2 years reporting the damp problem lead to eviction.
Steer clear if you want a decent home without health hazards.
How this company has a licence to let properties is beyond me.

GoogleI recently engaged the services of Luscombe & Co to find a new tenant for one of my properties, the guys were fantastic, I spoke to them on the Thursday evening and midday on the Friday I had a viewing at the property, the first tenant to view took it there and then, all due to the quality of tenants on their books.
The team in the office have been fantastic and a seamless transfer has taken place, my tenant is in and my sincere thanks go to Lloyd, Tom and Barrie for dealing with the back office stuff on my behalf.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

GoogleAfter 18 years of renting out my properties through various different agents, both high street and online, I was almost ready to give up on them entirely! For nearly two decades I have continually been met with poor service and market knowledge and even poorer communication skills. As I said, I was almost ready to just give up and do it all myself, but then a friend of mine suggested I give Luscombe & Co. a try as they had a really positive experience. I was skeptical, as I always am when beginning a new relationship with an agent these days, but Luscombe & Co. have really opened my eyes to the level of service I should be expecting from an agency.
I would like to be able to tell you more about the level of communication during the process of finding a tenant, but the property wasn't empty long enough to judge! The day I called up, Luscombe & Co. had somebody out to my house to run through different services with me and take pictures. The morning after that they rang me to let me know that the property had been advertised, and by the end of the week they had conducted 4 viewings, given me detailed feedback on every single one, and found me the perfect tenant.
I have held off until know on posting my review just because I wanted to see if my tenants were as good as Luscombe & Co. told me they would be, and they certainly have been! I was able to see the referencing documents that they collected, they ran me through all of the references that they obtained from previous landlords and employers, and I was even offered the chance to meet my tenants prior to signing the tenancy (I chose not to because Luscombes are managing the property).
I'm not sure whether this make sense or even if anyone will read it, but if you're thinking about renting out your property it's definitely worth giving Luscombe & Co. a go!

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy. We take pictures of all of our properties, however pictures do not reflect room sizes or the personal circumstances that the landlord will accept. When we know the sizes of the rooms and what circumstances the landlord is willing to accept, if this criteria is not met we do not arrange appointments that will waste the viewers time, as if they do like the property the landlord has already expressed what they are unwilling to proceed.
