Now I called them again as I knew that I will receive quick, proffesional, really kind and adequate support from all the team. I would definitely reccomend everyone to use the agency's services as they do not just let houses - they let homes. Everyone working there is really patient, competent and willing to help. If at some point I decide to be a home owner, that is definitely the agency I will buy a property from. A quick update - it is now being already 2 years in our second home - L&Co are still amazing and this will always be my agency. There is not a single unsolved issue. During the pandemic, I was ill for a year; my rent was negotiated, without hesitation during that time to ease the financial burden.
The ladies I deal with are Lauren and Felicia.
Lauren deals with all contracts; there is nothing she doesn't know and always replies straightaway.
Felicia does the house inspections, which are again done in a professional, non-intrusive and friendly manner.
There is a mutual respect, for all parties, which I think is a rare thing.
I completely recommend L&Co.
