Luscumbe provides a reliable, good all round service. They are prompt in terms of sorting out any issues arising and keep me informed of legal changes. I've been with them for 8 years and not had any issues. Their checks on tenants are good and their property checks twice a year means that you can keep track of how the property is being maintained. Their staff retention is good and I've always found them really helpful.

GoogleBig thanks to the team today, especially Dawn and Lauren! I went for a viewing late this morning with Dawn who was really lovely, and really informative about the property. By the afternoon Lauren had already submitted my offer to the landlord and got back to me saying it was accepted and we can move on to referencing, which was awesome! When I’ve rented in the past the process has never been taken care of so quickly, everyone I spoke to was really polite, friendly and so attentive. Thanks so much again. 😊

Luscombe & Co have been amazing from start to finish, As a first time landlords they have made it very easy and clear. They have guided us and helped us through the landlord process. We have had very little to do due to the amount of work they have done for us making it and easy and stress free process. Communication has been great we have constantly been updated.
